The Virtual Research Environment (VRE) is maintained by the British Educational Research Association (BERA) as part of the sustained legacy from the ESRC Teaching and Learning Research Programme (TLRP).

The VRE was developed by the ESRC Teaching and Learning Research Programme and is used by a wide range of educational projects and networks. Read more

It is being further developed to provide the basis of a 'Social Network' for Educational Researchers.
